1. How to buy

 

You only have to add items to the basket. Click into “add to basket” to choose any of the items, then click "continue shopping" to add more items to your basket or "checkout" to process your order. If you select checkout you will have to sign up. When registered, you will recieve your order code into your email. After payment, you will recieve your shipping code to track your order.

 

2. REGISTER

 

You wil have to sign in to buy and additionally you will recieve our latest news. You may also be able to change your personal details and track your purchasing.

 

3. Payment methods

 

*Credit card payment

via Paypal. Paypal is a safe and reliable system to pay on internet with credit cards. It accepts main credit cards and it is not necessary to be registered. If you need further information, please visit paypal.es.

 

*Bank transfer

When you select this payment method, you will get the bank account number in which you pay in your purchase.

 

4. Delivery time

 

*National

Delivery time is 2 working days. The arrival time may vary from 3 or 5 days via mail. If you need and urgent delivery, please contact us at pedidos@bagaccesorios.com

 

*International

Delivery time may vary from 8-15 working days for sending to europa´s countries  and 15-25 working days for the rest of countries. If you need and urgent delivery, please contact us at pedidos@bagaccesorios.com 

 

5. Delivery charges

 

Please see directly on the online shop as each area may have a particular expense.

 

*National (Spain, Ceuta, Melilla, Islas Baleares and Las Canarias)

For request over 150€ and more, the delivery via the hired transport supplier will be free.

 

6. Returns, exchange or cancelation

 

Once the order is submitted, you have 24 hours to cancel or modify your order. Send an email to pedidos@bagaccesorios.com with the order code.

If by any reason you do not feel satisfied once you have recieved your purchase, you have 24 hours to inform us about the reasons of exchange. Send an email to devoluciones@bagaccesorios.com and we will inform you about the exchange process. Delivery charges will not be pay and the buyer will pay for the exchange charges.
Customized items can not be returned or exchanged.

 

7. Availability

 

We will try to mantain updated our real stock on the web.
If an item is not available, the buyer will be inmediatly informed so he/she could cancel the order or wait until the item is available again. There will be not charges until the item is available again..

 

8. Care instructions

 

Handmade items are hardwearing and strong. However, they need to be “kindly” treated.
Do not pulverize perfum or eau de cologne over the jewelry pieces; they might lose their shine and fabrics could lose their stiffener.
